About This Initiative (Archive)
Across Canada, we are witnessing an increasingly coordinated effort to promote “2SLGBTQIA+” ideology through public institutions, cultural events, and community programming.
Pride Toronto, one of the largest organizations advancing this movement, is actively expanding its reach beyond the downtown core into communities such as Scarborough, North York, and Etobicoke under the declaration: “We Won’t Stop.”
This expansion signals more than celebration — it reflects a broader cultural shift aimed at normalizing a specific worldview about identity, sexuality, and morality in every corner of public life. Messaging is becoming more widespread, more assertive, and increasingly presented as unquestionable.
Many Canadians — including people of faith, parents, educators, concerned citizens, and even same sex attracted individuals — feel there is growing pressure to affirm beliefs that may conflict with their conscience, religious convictions, or understanding of truth.
In a free and democratic society, this raises important questions about balance, pluralism, and the protection of open dialogue.
Healthy societies depend on the ability to discuss ideas openly, examine claims critically, and express disagreement respectfully without fear of being silenced, misrepresented, or labeled.
This initiative exists to encourage thoughtful engagement with the ideas being promoted in our communities. It is grounded in the belief that truth should never fear honest questions, and that respectful conversation is essential for a functioning democracy.
Rather than responding with hostility or division, the goal is to promote peaceful presence, constructive dialogue, and meaningful conversations about the cultural messages shaping our society.
Your anger is valid, but composure is strength. The goal is not to attack individuals, but to critically examine ideas that are increasingly presented as settled or beyond discussion.
We Aim To:
• Encourage open, respectful dialogue about identity, values, and truth
• Support freedom of belief, conscience, and expression
• Provide space for thoughtful questions and differing perspectives
• Promote peaceful civic engagement
• Ensure that public discourse remains open, balanced, and inclusive of diverse viewpoints
• Affirm that disagreement, expressed respectfully, is not harm
A society that values freedom must protect the right to both express beliefs and question prevailing narratives.
Call to Action
If you share concerns about the increasing normalization of one ideological perspective in public spaces, you are not alone.
We encourage individuals to respond in ways that are principled, peaceful, and constructive:
Show up peacefully
Be present in your community in a calm and respectful manner.
Engage in constructive conversations
Listen carefully. Ask thoughtful questions. Seek understanding.
Stand firm in your convictions without hostility
Disagreement does not require disrespect.
Support freedom of belief and open dialogue
Pluralism requires space for differing views.
Promote a culture of respectful discussion
Ideas should be examined, not imposed.
Change happens when people are willing to speak honestly and listen sincerely, not when they project their anger in the comment section. A confident society does not silence discussion — it invites it.
